Stonewall Jackson Middle School Reviews

i am going into eighth grade at stonewall jackson middle school. i thought that my years have been great at sjms. though i have had some teachers that made me cringe at the name, i also had some great teachers that taught me more than the ciriculum.

Well i am an 8th grade student at stonewall jackson mddle school ive been here for three years and its the one of the worst schools ever. Major population problem bout 50 kids in one gym class each class has 25 to 30 students. On the plus side there are some relly good teacher i know this year espically i di have had some relly supportive teacher. THe amenstration though is relly terrible.; Princpal is uun

My experience with this school with 3 children who are above grade level and one with an IEP is mixed. The school is much more difficult than their previous school, however there is a serious population problem. The problem with population issues are special needs children will not get adequate attention, the counselors and the nurses and the teachers are overwhelmed with additional students and responsibility hence affecting their ability to properly identify and assist children with learning issues, or advanced needs. They are simply too busy. When we have had problems, getting the teacher to communicate takes time.
