Horrible customer service and management My husband scheduled via phone a prenatal massage for my birthday. However, my doctor does not recommend me getting one. When my husband called to ask them to cancel, they said that they could but not until Monday morning. When he called back Monday morning, they said the manager was going to be back on Tuesday and could do it then. He drove to the spa and the manager informed him that they would and could not do a cancellation despite the fact that they had told him they would. The manager then stated that she recalled speaking to me when I called to cancel. I have never called them - my husband was the only one communicating with them. I am shocked at the customer service of a spa and have never had such an experience. We have never received services from them or gift certificate and they refuse to refund our money. There are alot of great spas in Richmond - don't try this one!
