Historic Tredegar, across from Brown's Island in Downtown Richmond, presents its Friday Cheers, and there’s Musical Mondays at Maymont. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts presents Third Thursday with music, art, tours, food and specialty drinks on the West Wing Terrace. Popular events include Jazz on the James, Summer Dayz Festival, Wachovia Securities Symphony Pops Series, the Masterworks Series, and the Mozart Festival. Venues for live performances and concerts include the Fas Mart Pavilion, Byrd Theatre, and the Historic Swift Creek Mill Theatre & Tavern. The Richmond Symphony offers programs in collaboration with the Richmond Opera and the Richmond Ballet. Restaurants offering live entertainment include the Grass Hut, Tobacco Company Restaurant, and the Cary Street Café.
